| Custom/Ad Hoc Reporting | |

The report options are the same for both custom reports and ad hoc reports. Custom reports may be saved so that the same report options are used each time a report is generated. An ad hoc report cannot be saved but is useful for generating one time reports or for making a temporary change to a report without changing the underlying report. |
| Grouping of Assets | |

Assets may be grouped on any one field with the following exceptions. Sections are a subgroup of departments and cannot be shown as a main grouping. Assets may be grouped by asset type under departments or by departments under asset types. Subtotals will be shown on the report for each group and subgroup. Each grouping may be further sub-grouped by calendar year or fiscal year. (See list of fields) |

| Narrow the Report | |
|
The scope of the report may be narrowed by selecting a department, a section within that department, an asset type, and/or a depreciation method to be reported on. |
| Select and Order Fields | |

The fields that appear in a report and the order of those fields may be set by the user. (See list of fields) |
| Export to a Text File | |
|
All reports may be exported to a text file. |
